Return & Refund Policy – Amashaa Masala

At Amashaa Masala, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since our products are ready-to-cook packaged food items, please note the following policy:

No Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.

  • A valid receipt/proof of purchase and an unboxing video are mandatory for processing returns.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at amashaamasala@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to:
    13/9, Chhoti Subji Mandi, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110058

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the package is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All perishable food items (our ready-to-cook products) are non-returnable once opened or used.

  • Customized, sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Please note, banks/credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at amashaamasala@gmail.com.
