Amashaa Masala – Brown Gravy Premix

Ingredients:
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Cashew Powder, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Salt, Milk Powder, Melon Seeds, Sesame Seeds.
Cooking Method:

Mix 4 tbsp Brown Gravy Premix with 2 cups water or milk and keep aside.

Heat ghee or oil in a pan and optionally add tomato puree or mashed tomatoes.

Add the premix and stir continuously for 8–10 minutes on low flame.

Add boiled Chole, Rajma, or Soya Chaap and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with cream or butter and serve hot.
